Prior to setting up Pepperconn, its founder and first CEO, Adrian Teo, has been pioneering social media platforms even before Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. Adrian saw the potential on leveraging user generated content, influencers, communities for marketing and created an ecosystem to achieve that.
In 2009, Pepperconn was founded to provide social media marketing services and solutions for top brands like Samsung, Bacardi, Sentosa and many others.
In 2013, Pepperconn pivoted to focus on bridging the physical and digital divide between retailers and customers. Launching Asia’s first omni-channel retail solution – TAO OF SHOP. Endorsed by multiple government agencies as both a pre-qualified solution and consortium leader to provide innovation and omni-channel capabilities to retailers like GNC, Bakerzin, Pink Parlour and others.
Today, Pepperconn is a strategic innovation and technology company that synchronizes offline retail, e-commerce, and marketing automation by fusing engineering, design, and data science into transformational omni-channel platforms for retail, F&B and malls.

GAN TIAW LEONG
15 years of experience in the ICT industry in both technical and business capacities at SingTel and NCS. He managed products that contribute over 70% of SaaS business revenues at SingTel MyBusiness. He was also responsible for creating and executing the product innovation roadmap with enhancements and integration across multiple SaaS products.
With 13 years of in the front lines of customer service, Janet is the co-founder of Pepperconn. Armed with experience and knowledge in managing customers, she spearheads Pepperconn’s project management, post-sales training and customer support.
20-year veteran in content production and programming for traditional and digital media at MediaCorp and SingTel. Grew Asia Pacific revenue as Head of Nokia Ovi and Samsung Fun Club Asia. Innovation track record includes being the creator of mobile blogging - MOBLOG in 2002 and SE Asia's first web 2.0 community - UBERME in 2006.
